Mascot Physical Cultural Club was established by Beryl Steel in 1974 and has empowered girls and women in the Eastern Suburbs, NSW area, for over 45 years!
With our extensive physie experience, we encourage friendship, fun, sportsmanship and fitness.
Our club is a friendly and welcoming community to all our returning and new members. We ensure our classes, are fun and exciting for all members to enjoy and make new friends.
We also encourage to bring along a friend to PHYSIE, to make the ultimate physie experience the best.
At Mascot Physie, we are proud of all our members personal achievements and club spirit.
