FAQs

  • If you're interested in joining Physie, you can start at any time of the year. However, it's recommended to begin during term 1 when all the dancers learn the new routines. If you start later in the year, that’s okay; the team will try to catch you up to speed. Members can access the routines online, and practising at home is encouraged.

Our 2024 season starts in February, so if you have any further questions, please contact us HERE.

  • Classes start from $5 -$10.

  • Our classes are held on Tuesdays at 14 Beresford St, Mascot NSW 2020.

Our preschooler’s class is full of high energy and is incredibly enjoyable! Once the girls reach 5 years old, we introduce the BJP physie syllabus, and there is a greater emphasis on positions and technique. Of course, our classes are still energetic and a lot of fun!

Mascot Physie provides each girl with a leotard and hair accessories for the team performance and pays the team entry fee.

Your BJP association registration includes music and an instructional video download for practicing at home.

There are no hidden costs associated with Physie, making it a great value for the entire family.

  • For Juniors wearing a leotard or activewear is recommended. This will help the teachers ensure correct posture techniques are used during the class.

Remember to bring a drink bottle and a smile; you are ready for physie!

TESTIMONIALS

My Daughter Kiara, has been doing physie since she could walk and loves it. She has made some great friendships over the years at Mascot Physie and loves her teacher, Megan. I have been doing physie at Mascot for about 5 years now, and I am looking forward to getting back into it after taking a year off after having twin boys.
